Cancellations and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be within one hour maximum of when the order was placed.
If paid in full or deposit is sent at the time of order and cancel within the one-hour timeframe, refund of 50% will be provided.
Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS unless it is the fault of Soulful Sweets Bakery.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! (See cancellation policy)

50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit REQUIRED within 24 hours for all events; remaining balance for events are due within 7 days of placing order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
